This place is a total dream! Friendly staff and excellent gluten free baked goods. My favorite are the Creme filled donuts. Best to order ahead around the holidays, lines can be out the door! I love this place, will most definitely order my birthday cake from here this year. Nice bakery atmosphere, no eat in tables.

Fabulous ... you would never know the goods were gluten free. We had our wedding cake made here...still tasting the joy!

Hands down the best Gluten Free bakery! We get all of our birthday cakes here and not only are they delicious but they are beautifully decorated too. Very accommodating and friendly staff to help with all of your needs. They have everything from cookies to cakes and will not disappoint. Excellent carrot cake muffins too. Whether you have celiac disease or just want to eat something gluten free, definitely give them a try, you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10 stars

I visited to get some GF desserts. Expensive but very good- hard to tell it was GF! My favorite was a lemon loaf cake.

Cute little shop! Amazing pastries, some items you wouldn't even realize is gluten free! The gluten free cupcakes were amazing and the kiffles melted in my mouth! Wish I lived closer but would def come out of my way to come here! Only negative was the front staff did not seem to want to be there... customer service is a big part of the business as well, but maybe she was just having a bad day. :)

Another favorite find for 2023--wowza! I was in the area and looking for gluten-free options when The Happy Mixer popped up. I decided to check out what sort of goodies they offered and I wasn't disappointed. The store is a nice size, allowing for a display of plenty of gf items. I went crazy, I purchased nearly one of everything and I was amazed at how little I spent. All I can say is that majority of what I ordered was absolutely outstanding! My only regret is that I didn't buy more. I think this location may be worth the hour commute for some delicious treats, 5/5!

The girlfriend and I were searching out a place that catered to gluten free and I must say the items here are magnificent and everything in the store is gluten free, hence the name of the establishment! Biggest surprise for me is the donuts were even better than Dunkin' as they carried some weight to them including the lemon blueberry donut in one of the pictures I have uploaded. I prefer a donut that you can really taste and feel satisfied after eating unlike Dunkin' where it feels like you are eating empty calories and just as hungry after downing a donut than before you engulfed it. Cinnamon Bun for me was my favorite of the bunch and felt heathier than downing one of the CB's at Cinnabon. Full disclosure, I was madly in love with Cinnabon growing up but now there is a healthier option in town, and I am very happy we at least made progress in the world with the advancement of tasty, healthier desserts, still working on advancements in climate control, poverty, healthcare, world peace but Rome wasn't built in a day : / As always people SYOY!!!

When I first learned that I could not eat gluten anymore I thought it was going to be difficult to find gluten free desserts. Then I came across Happy Mixer and they made all my gluten free dessert dreams come true! They have a huge assortment of many different gluten free and vegan options. Whatever you are in the mood for, I am sure they have it. You can walk in and get things or you can call ahead. I have had a huge variety from them and everything has been amazing. My two favorite things from them are their red velvet cupcakes and their monkey bread. If you go there, you have to get the monkey bread. Trust me when I say it was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a great gluten free bakery, then I highly recommend The Happy Mixer Bakery. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed!

I can't believe it's taken me 10 years to find such a stellar gluten free bakery in the Philly 'burbs! I've found some decent bakeries with GF options before, but the Happy Mixer has the best taste and texture by far. They're certified completely gluten free and have a nice selection of dairy free and vegan options, too. Last Christmas, the Tall Man and I trekked out to Chalfont to pick up a few items for a family gathering. Everything is clearly labeled with various allergens and ingredients, and the person at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I eventually picked out a dairy free lemon pound cake for the fam and a vegan pumpkin muffin with cream cheese frosting for the car ride. While the pumpkin muffin was pretty good but a bit too sweet for me, the lemon pound cake was incredible -- moist, great crumb, with an extra lemon kick with frosting and a good balance of sweet to tart. I'm the only GF person in the family, but everyone agreed that this was one of the best pound cakes they've had (save for my parents, who are used to the more subtle sweetness of Chinese pastries and don't like tart things.) It was so good, we went out of our way on our next trip to PA just to get more treats. This time, the Tall Man picked up a carrot cake loaf with cream cheese frosting (GF but dairy-full), along with 2 DF lemon pound cakes. While the lemon pound cakes were still a star, the extended family devoured the carrot cake in record time. I didn't realize it had dairy so I had a small slice -- even more moist, decadent, and flavorful! I don't usually like frosting that much, but I ate every bite. I would absolutely love it if the bakers made a dairy free carrot cake as well, but I can imagine it might not have the same luscious texture. I just read in another Yelp review that the bakery has GF soft pretzels, my DREAM GF baked good that I haven't had for 10 years! *misty eyed over childhood memories of Philly soft pretzels* I'll be traveling back to see family soon, but really, I'll be going to the Happy Mixer.
